ALMADEN FIRE ALONG COLEMAN ROAD, SCENE OF DRY VEGETATION 25 JUL 2014

SAN JOSE FIRE STATION 13 RESPONDED TO A VEGETATION FIRE EARLIER TODAY, FRIDAY 25 JULY 2014, ALONG COLEMAN ROAD IN ALMADEN, A SITE NEAR THE VILLAS OF ALMADEN TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY, BETWEEN MERIDIAN AVENUE AND ALMADEN EXPRESSAY.

The fire was reported at 1:55pm by Pulse Point Foundation, an online alert system with notifications.

This area currently has very dry vegetation as a result of the drought.  De·Anza Post will follow-up on this story later.
